Thank you for choosing With Hands Studio and supporting a small business. We are committed to provide you with high-quality, handcrafted ceramics that will bring you joy and beauty in your life. Each ceramic piece has been made thoughtfully for you to be treasured forever.

Please note that clay is a natural product and therefore subject to variations. This should be seen as a quality that adds to it's natural beauty. Variations can include unglazed areas, pits or small cracks which is all part of the handmade aesthetic.

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a considered purchase.

Change of Mind:

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. All sales are considered final.

Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us on sonia@withhandsstudio.com within 24 hours along with clear photographs depicting the damage or defect. We will swiftly work with you to resolve the issue by offering either a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Product Descriptions:

We take care to photograph and describe all items featured on our website. However, if you believe that the product you received significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will thoroughly review your request and, if warranted, provide a refund or replacement.

If you wish to request a refund, With Hands Studio does not accept responsibility for damages incurred in return transit. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and we cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost or damaged during return transit.

How to lodge a claim: To lodge a claim, email sonia@withhandsstudio.com with the following information:

• Proof of Purchase OR Order Number
• Date of Purchase
• Items damaged 
• Supporting images of the damaged box and item

Please note that all claims are handled on case by case bases and insufficient evidence may result in your claim being rejected. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in our refund policy.
